ONE STOP CHRISTMAS SHOP

Our Christmas offering has changed in several ways this year. Orders can be placed on the edible16 website. For those of you new to us, Andy Pearman (@pearmansfarmshop) and Kirsty Clarke (@waterloocfarm) are the present directors of the not for profit online store. It was started by volunteers and a Big Lottery grant a few years ago and was aimed at giving small producers access to a wider customer base. This year it has developed a click and collect service as well as home deliveries in an electric van, using @greenshoots_midlands.

Please do not hesitate to email us if you can’t find the product or the portion size you require.

Christmas Boxes

We have changed our boxes around this year. The box for 4 people still contains a 3 Star Great Taste Award cockerel. The box for 6 people contains one of Fossemeadows great turkey’s.  We have two new experienced cooks in the kitchen, Stacey and Katie, making sides for your Christmas dinner. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have enjoyed experimenting.

All our ingredients are organic or harmful pesticide/ herbicide free. There might be the odd ingredient that we cannot find that is organic, we are happy to discuss this and the use of plastic with some of our products . Please do not hesitate to ask us.

GIFTS FOR THOSE FOODIES

Courses will be running in 2021, numbers are small, so, we can manage to adhere to social distancing regulations. We can postpone and extend expiry dates of any voucher. Please email to discuss.

The ‘Art of Curing and Charcuterie’ & ‘From Carcass to Oven’

These butchery courses occur on a Wednesday or Thursday morning, 9:30-12:30. Numbers limited to 3 people and courses are tailored to suit participants requests.

Sausage making course

This can be at a time to suit both the shop and yourself or groups/families up to 4 people. Check out the pigs and why our farming methods are different, make your own sausages and take 12 home for your supper. Price is £40 per person.

Pork Pie Making

Come make our hot water crust pastry pork pie. Take home a pie to cook and jelly to fill once cooked, recipe card included. Course can be by yourself or with groups up to 20 people. Cost £40 per person

Gift vouchers

Can be bought for any amount. These can be booked by email, paid for over the phone or by bank transfer. The voucher can be collected or emailed to you.
